Rules of Entry
Closing date for entry will be 23.59 GMT on the last day of each month. After this date the no further entries for that month will be permitted. All invoices are to be paid in full prior to this time. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
a. Only one entry per dog per class will be accepted per month
b. A person/dog can enter multiple classes per month
c. The person submitting the photograph must be the owner of the dog
d. No photographs containing offensive/abusive content
e. Per UK legislation, dogs with docked tails or clipped ears will not be placed (unless for medical purposes whereby a vet certificate may be requested)
f. Dogs wearing clothes or dressed up are not permitted
g. Photographs with children in are not permitted
Entry fee is £3.50 per class, payable via PayPal or via BACS
The prize is as follows:
The prize is as stated per class and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen by an independent panel of judges appointed by Country Champs Club.
The winner will be notified on Facebook and details made available on the website within 5 days of the closing date.
Country Champs Club’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
These competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Country Champs Clubs and not to any other party.
Country Champs Club ‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
Country Champs Club shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5.2 To be eligible to enter a competition:
(a) you must be a natural person, at least 18 years old; and
(b) you must not be our employee, officer or agent, or an employee, officer or agent of any person or organisation involved in the running of the competition.
5.3 To enter a competition you must complete and submit the competition entry on our website.
5.4 The applicable costs for entering a competition are set out on our website.
5.5 The maximum number of entries for a competition shall be as specified on our website. Once this number of entries have been received, the competition will be closed to new entries, notwithstanding the published closing date.
5.6 A competition shall open for entries at the time and on the date specified on our website, and similarly shall close to entries at the time and on the date specified on our website. Unless otherwise stated on the website, these times and dates are the relevant times and dates in London, England.
5.7 Competition entries shall be judged on the basis of those criteria specified on our website in relation to the competition.
5.8 The competition judges shall be independent.
5.9 Competition prizes shall be specified on our website.
5.10 If a competition entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that entrant shall not be entitled to be adjudged a winner, and will not be entitled to a prize in any circumstances.
5.11 Competition prize winners will be notified of the competition result by not more than 30 days following the closing date of the competition, and will receive their prizes not more than 60 days following that closing date.
5.12 You warrant to us that you created your competition entries, that own all of the copyright in those entries, and that our use of the entries in accordance with these terms and conditions will not infringe any person’s intellectual property rights or other legal rights.
5.13 You grant to us an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to copy, store, edit, distribute, transmit and publish your competition entries.
5.14 We may undertake publicity activities relating to competitions and prize awards. We may publish and/or arrange for the publication of prize winners’ first names, surnames, ages, towns or regions of residence and prize details.
6. Distance contracts: cancellation right
6.1 This Section 6 applies if and only if you offer to contract with us, or contract with us, as a consumer – that is, as an individual acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession.
6.2 You may withdraw an offer to enter into a contract with us through our website, or cancel a contract entered into with us through our website, at any time within the period:
(a) beginning upon the submission of your offer; and
(b) ending at the end of 14 days after the day on which the contract is entered into,
subject to Section 6.3. You do not have to give any reason for your withdrawal or cancellation.
6.3 You agree that we may begin the provision of services before the expiry of the period referred to in Section 6.2, and you acknowledge that, if we do begin the provision of services before the end of that period, then:
(a) if the services are fully performed, you will lose the right to cancel referred to in Section 6.2;
(b) if the services are partially performed at the time of cancellation, you must pay to us an amount proportional to the services supplied or we may deduct such amount from any refund due to you in accordance with this Section 6.
6.4 In order to withdraw an offer to contract or cancel a contract on the basis described in this Section 6, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw or cancel (as the case may be). You may inform us by means of any clear statement setting out the decision. In the case of cancellation, you may inform us using the cancellation form that we will make available to you. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
6.5 If you withdraw an offer to contract, or cancel a contract, on the basis described in this Section 6, you will receive a full refund of any amount you paid to us in respect of the offer or contract, except as specified in this Section 6.
6.6 We will refund money using the same method used to make the payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
6.7 We will process the refund due to you as a result of a cancellation on the basis described in this Section 6 without undue delay and, in any case, within the period of 14 days after the day on which we are informed of the cancellation.
7. Your content: licence
7.1 In these terms and conditions, “your content” means all works and materials (including without limitation text, graphics, images, audio material, video material, audio-visual material, scripts, software and files) that you submit to us or our website for storage or publication on, processing by, or transmission via, our website.
7.2 You grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, store and publish your content on and in relation to this website and any successor website.
7.3 You grant to us the right to sub-license the rights licensed under Section 7.2.

(j) be in breach of official secrets legislation;
(k) be in breach of any contractual obligation owed to any person;

11.6 We will not be liable to you in respect of any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
12.1 You hereby indemnify us, and undertake to keep us indemnified, against any and all losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute) incurred or suffered by us and arising directly or indirectly out of your use of our website or any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions.
13. Breaches of these terms and conditions
13.1 Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions in any way, we may:
